EXERCISE OPTION PERIOD 3 FOR AERONAUTICS AND EXPLORATION MISSION MODELINGSIMULATION
NASA/ARC intends to exercise its last Option, Option Period Three (3), a 12-month period, August 1, 2014 through July 31, 2015 for Aeronautics and Exploration Mission Modeling Simulation (AEMMS) Contract NNA10DF26C with Science and Technology Corporation.
The current contract ends on July 31, 2015; future recompete information can be found at the Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/ARC Business Opportunities home page is http:prod.nais.nasa.gov /cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=21 . It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Marie Z. Morales at [email protected] not later than noon local time on Thursday, July 3, 2014. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
