EVALUATING THE DC OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM AFTER THE 2017 REAUTHORIZATION
The purpose of this amendment is to post the official Request for Proposal. The only change is the requirement to submit a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan as outlined on page 91 of the solicitation. This is not an evaluated item. The QASP can be submitted by email no later than Monday, September 10th at 12:00PM EST. Additionally, the proposal due date remains 5 September 2018 at 12:00pm EST. All other documents must be submtted by the proposal due date to be considered.
