EVALUABILITY ASSEESSMENT OF UNIFEM STRATEGIC PLAN
UNIFEM is searching for a consulting firm or individual consultants to assist in the design and conduct of evaluability assessment and base line studies of UNIFEM Strategic Plan. As this assignment consists of two stages, evaluability assessment and baselines studies, the evaluators are encouraged to submit the proposal that covers both elements. However, UNIFEM may select two different firms to conduct evaluability and base-line studies, depending on the proposal and capacity of evaluation firm or individual consultants to undertake the full study.
