The Department is expanding its international business development efforts and is seeking a Contractor with a dedicated representative who has demonstrated business/sales experience, communication/strategy skills, and cultural/language abilities to lead the County of Loudouns European Business Recruitment Program. The Contractor is expected to generate well-qualified prospects by identifying, recruiting, and closing projects, in order to increase the occupancy of commercial, flex, and/or industrial space of Loudouns foreign-owned business base.
