This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is N4523A19Q4098, issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699 and the business size standard is $11,000,000.00. This NAICS is for All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instructional. The Product and Service Code is U014.

Offerors MUST provide the following information with/on the quote:
1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number listed on the quote sheet;


2. Company Name, Address, Cage Code, and Point of Contact Name and email on the Offer;


4. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that take exception to the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration;


5. Provide a technical description of the items offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature or other documents, if necessary and address technical capability in meeting the requirement.

6.  Review attachments and RETURN Information Sheet attachment (filled out).

All responsible sources may submit a quote package which shall be considered by the agency. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov, in order to be eligible for award. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
