CLIN 0001


--Lodging/Room Requirements (Mix of King and Queen Rooms).
--Check-in on the Friday, 13 April for a 1-night stay. Check-out on Saturday, 14 April.
--TOTAL sleeping rooms: 65 contracted rooms.
--NOTE: Hotel should set up special ESGR room's block of 65 rooms that will be contracted from this solicitation.
--Rooms should be able to be canceled 24-hours prior with no penalty. NO resort fees apply.
**Hotel parking should be included at no extra cost to the attendees**
Note- the Government has the right to revise the total number of lodging rooms NLT April 4, 2018.



CLIN 0002 DINNER 13 APRIL 2018


Dinner Meal on Friday, 13 April dinner meals (Awards Dinner):
--Plated Dinner Meal.
**All quotes must include a menu for the dinner meal.
--Menu to include a beef entrée option, a chicken entrée option, and a vegetarian option. Also a starch, vegetable, dinner salad (with option of two dressings), dinner rolls, coffee and tea, and dessert.
--Seating in rounds of 8 or 10 people.
--TOTAL dinner meals: 160 (82 Contracted Dinners and 78 meals expect to pay individually).
NOTE: ONLY 82 dinner meals will be contracted with this solicitation all other dinner meals will be paid individually.


 


CLIN 0003 14 APRIL 2018


Breakfast Meals on Saturday, 14 April breakfast meals:
--Buffett style meal.
**All quotes must include a menu for the breakfast meal.
--Menu to include eggs, two breakfast meats (bacon and sausage), a starch (i.e. potatoes), coffee and tea, juices (at least orange juice), assorted fruit, pastries and muffins.
--A vegetarian meal option must be available.
--Seating in rounds of 8 or 10 people.
--TOTAL breakfast meals - 75 (24 Contracted Breakfasts meals and 51 meals expect to pay individually).
NOTE: ONLY 24 breakfast meals will be contracted with this
Solicitation - all other breakfast meals will be paid individually.


CLIN 0004 LUNCH 14 APRIL 2018


Lunch Meals for Saturday, 14 April lunch meals:
--Plated or boxed.
**All quotes must include a menu for the plated or boxed lunch.
--Menu should include an entrée, one or two sides, coffee and tea, and dessert.
--A vegetarian meal option must be available
--Seating in rounds of 8 or 10 or classroom style.
--TOTAL lunch meals - 25 (14 contracted plated or boxed lunch and 11lunch meals expect to pay individually).
NOTE: ONLY 14 lunch meals will be contracted with this solicitation - all other lunch meals will be paid individually.



CLIN 0005 MEETING SPACE AND AUDIO/VISUAL SUPPORT


Meeting Space and Audio/Visual Support. See attached "Meeting Space & AV
Requirements" document for specific details regarding meeting space and AV
Requirements. If no charge, so indicate.
--Meeting space to include coffee (approximately 7 gallons per day), at no extra charge, for 13-14 April 2018.
