EROSION CONTROL & HYDRO SEEDING SERVICES WORK ORDER, C00435C09.
Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide erosion control, installation, and repair services to King County Solid Waste Division (SWD) as-needed, that may require a 6 hour response. The response time will be defined on each work order, which shall include a plan of work and/or drawings or sketches.
Contractor shall provide and install erosion and sedimentation control materials that may include bales and bags, silt fences, riprap, straw, mulch, plastic sheeting, grass seeding as outlined in the King County Surface Water Design Manual, regulated by the Department of Ecology (D.O.E).
Work sites: Cedar Hills Regional Landfill, 16645 228th Avenue SE Maple Valley, 98038 and/or other Solid Waste Division facilities throughout King County.
This Contracts duration will be one year, and may, at the sole discretion of King County be extended for up to two additional one-year periods. The value of the Contract shall not exceed twenty thousand dollars per year ($20,000/year). The total value of the Contract, if extended, shall not exceed sixty thousand dollars ($60,000).
