ERFO Road Repairs - 2019, Francis Marion National Forest
The Francis Marion National Forest soliciting for road contractors to install culverts, recondition roadbeds & ditch lines, and place aggregate on Forest Service roads in Berkeley and Charleston County, South Carolina. For this project, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete the project(s) in accordance with attached and reference specifications. The project consists of three areas with a total construction magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The associated NAICS of this acquisition is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Projects are anticipated to begin in August. Contract time is 120 days.
This is a Request for Proposal which will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract(s). The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of the solicitation. Offerors may submit an offer on any area, multiple areas, or all areas. The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Award(s) will be made to the lowest priced technical acceptable offeror(s) and can be made on the initial offer.
The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about June 4, 2019. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. An organized site visit is not scheduled. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site.
