ERA Repair
The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates awarding a purchase order with Rockwell Collins, INC. (RCI), 400 Collins Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 to repair Extraordinary Repair Activity (ERA), PSM-860, Part Number 822-18500-001 in support of Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) and Common Management Systems (CMS) Life Cycle Support Contract (LCCS). The proposed action is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and service for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal; however the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 334511, with a smallbusiness size standard of 750 employees. Responses are due by 03 April 2015.
