The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the technical questions received from contractors. Please see the attachment entitled, "Answers to Contractor Questions" for the EPA's responses. The attachment entitled, "Updated Clauses and Provisions" is being provided for your reference.
The proposal due date remains October 22, 2014 at 1500 ET.
