ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT AND RESTORATION SERVICES
The Environmental Management Division (EMD) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants with expertise in, and to perform work involving the following areas: environmental laws and regulations and their application to site restoration projects; environmental regulatory oversight agencies and their requirements and protocols; environmental site assessment of properties; identification and investigation of site contaminated media, including soil, soil vapor and groundwater; development of costs, schedules, and remedial strategies associated with cleanup of contaminated media and reuse of property; contaminated media removal actions; site remediation, assessment of environmental compliance and environmental liability; environmental management and other technical expertise.
