This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACT for FY14 Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP): Contractor shall perform all necessary environmental remediation services required to remediate eight (8) petroleum contaminated sites throughout rural Alaska. Objectives include Archeological Monitoring, No Further Action (NFA)/Clean-up Complete/Achieve Record of Decision (ROD) clean-up levels, and Groundwater Monitoring. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 08 January 2013 - 37 pages and Record of Decision/Data Gap Investigation Report - 3,827 pages. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(b)(1), this project is being solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910 - Environmental Remediation Services; the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees; Project Magnitude is $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00. Period of Performance: Within 5 years from the date of award.
