the City has issued this Request for Proposal
(hereinafter, RFP) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from
interested and qualified firms offering to provide Environmental Consulting Services in
accordance with the specifications stated and/or attached herein/hereto. The successful
proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the Contractor.
If awarded, this Agreement shall be effective from July 1, 2010, through July 1, 2011,
unless terminated earlier as provided herein. At the option of the parties, this
Agreement may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
