ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Organization is soliciting proposals to establish a Contract with a qualified engineering firm with expertise in environmental and rail transit planning. The Consultant shall undertake the preparation of a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document and Preliminary Engineering (PE) for an approximately 11.0 mile extension of service, including construction of approximately 11.0 miles of new track and improvement of existing track.
