The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to provide and implement an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for the County Department of Public Works (DPW) and the Parks & Land Use Department. The Department of Public Works is comprised of the Engineering Division, Facilities Management Division, and Highway Operations Division. For purposes of this RFP, when reference is made to DPW, it applies to all Divisions unless otherwise specified.
