ENHANCEMENT OF VRE SYSTEM SAFETY AND SECURITY PROGRAM
The Railway is soliciting proposals from Consultants to assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Railway's System Safety and Security Program and the development of ancillary emergency response plans.
Proposals will be considered from qualified and experienced firms who are regularly established as safety and security consultants for public transit organizations and in the judgment of Railway are financially responsible. Through prior work performed, Offerors must be able to show evidence of reliability, ability, experience, knowledge, and personnel to perform the work.
