Deloitte provides the best value to the government and UOES RRD program for obtaining financial support in this crucial financial planning effort of tracking UOES RRD #5 development and delivery to the fleet in a timely manner. The immediate time frame of the deliverables requires a contractor with current tools and comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of recent and ongoing UOES program, financial, and budget issues. Therefore, it is imperative that this effort be awarded to Deloitte immediately.
