ENGINEERING SERVICES AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MASTER PLAN (PHASE I)
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP), and the resulting contract, is to
obtain the services of a qualified engineering firm to provide consulting services necessary for
the formulation of an Automatic Traffic Management System Master Plan and preparation of
an RFP for purchase, implementation, installation, and deployment of said system for the
Department of Public Works, County of Henrico, Virginia. The Successful Offeror shall
perform professional engineering services as hereinafter stated which includes normal civil
engineering services. The Engineer(s) represents that it will perform all tasks in accordance
with generally accepted professional standards and the Engineer(s) further represents that it
will provide the County the best possible advice and consultation within the Engineer's
authority and capacity as a professional engineer.
