ENGINEERING AND ENVIROMENTAL SERVICES
The County Transportation Department (COUNTY) is seeking technical proposals from qualified engineering professionals to provide engineering and environmental services for the replacement of the existing Bridges over Santa Ana River. County will also retain the services of a consulting engineering firm to assist the County Staff in updating and maintaining the County Wide Bridge Program. The bridge replacement projects entail work necessary to prepare an environmental document to clear the project and secure the pertinent construction permits, preparing a technical report documenting all preliminary engineering work performed in support of the environmental document, providing right of way engineering and utility coordination support, and preparation of the plans, specifications, and the estimates (PS&E) for construction. Engineering services will also include design support during bidding and construction.
