ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
The County
extends an invitation to all qualified Engineering firms, hereinafter known as CONSULTANT(S),
to submit their proposals, experience, and fee schedule to provide environmental, design,
engineering, plans, specifications, right-of-way, and assistance during construction activities for the
Railroad Under Crossing Bicycle/Pedestrian project.
