ENERGY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL SERVICES
There are three related elements of the project:
 Develop a greenhouse gas inventory, set goals, and develop a plan;
 Compile a rated and ranked list of clean energy project opportunities within the County with a funding strategy for priority projects;
 Community outreach and education and at least 3 public meetings to demonstrate County leadership and engage residents, businesses, and non-profit organizations to act on clean energy incentive programs and carbon emission reductions.
