ENERGY EFFICIENCY AUDITS
The City issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) to provide comprehensive energy system audits, equivalent to ASHRAE Standard Level II, at the Public Library. The intent of these energy audits is to assist the city in identifying and implementing cost-effective opportunities for energy and cost reductions. The immediate focus of these energy audits is to identify opportunities for energy savings that can be implemented with minimal cost, as well as identifying longer term capital project.
