ENERGY CONSERVATION PROJECT
Energy Conservation Measures Performance Contract – Residence Services Buildings, design build
energy conservation program in accordance with O.R.C. 3345.61 – 3345.65. Basic scope: Energy ECM’s
to meet HB-251 requirement of minimum 20% reduction by FY 2014 from FY 2004 baseline
mmBTU/gross square feet (gsf). Preferred 10 year energy savings only total payback, will consider up to
15 year payback per Ohio Legislation. Approximately 1,647,000 gsf in 26 buildings on the Kent Campus.
