EMR/Lab/Patient Accounting Systems for Human Services

The scope of this RFP includes the purchase, installation, implementation, training and support
for the following systems:
1. Qualified EHR for Outpatient,
2. Qualified EHR for Inpatient,
3. Qualified EHR Skilled Nursing Facility
4. Lab Information System (“LIS”)
5. Patient Billing system for Outpatient, Inpatient, Skilled Nursing Facility and Lab
Services departments of the CTC.
Interested vendors are to submit separate pricing for each of the five above systems.
