EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL / TALENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
The municipality invites Proposals for an Electronic Employee Performance Appraisal/Talent Management System (EPAS).
The EPAS project is a Human Resources initiative that addresses the need for a consistent and comprehensive approach that will allow the Municipality to:
Access and manage real-time employee appraisal information;
Provide accessibility to plan employee development;
Align employee development and objectives with organizational objectives;
Establish talent pools; and
Evaluate, monitor and measure performance
The main goal of this project is to establish an EPAS with integrated functionality that would allow the Municipality to automate its Employee Performance Appraisal Management process and Talent Management System. This will be implemented over a short period using the preferred Proponents software over the term of the Contract and potentially beyond.
