EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION & CALL-OUT SOLUTION

The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms or contractors with demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of an emergency notification and call-out solution that will meet current and future notification needs for the City. The City proposes to engage the contractor to provide a notification solution that meets the Citys business, functional and technical requirements; to install and configure the solution within the Citys business practices and technical environment; to provide any required implementation and ongoing support services; and to train designated City staff on proper use and administration of the solution. The successful contractor will be expected to enter into a not-to-exceed Technology Services Contract with the City.
