EMERGENCY ALERTING SYSTEM AND COLLABORATION PORTAL DEPARTMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers that have the interest and capacity to provide the software components necessary for a fully functional and compliant emergency alerting system. In addition a collaboration portal for public health facilities that are active in emergency preparedness and response efforts in the State is also required. The chosen vendor will provide a Commercial-off-the-shelf COTS solution, and professional services that include installation, implementation, configuration and training for implementation of the chosen solution.
