ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES MOUNTAIN HOME, TENNESSEE VA MEDICAL FACILITY
Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven day per week Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for beneficiaries of the Mountain Home VA Medical Center, Corner of Veterans Way and Sidney, Mountain Home, Tennessee 37684. Performance period shall be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2018 with four optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 811310. Size Standard is $7.5 million. This will be 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). A sources sought notice was released on FBO for SDVOSB vendors and the rule of two could not be substantiated for a SDVOSB set-aside. The solicitation package will be available on or before August 11, 2017. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation.
