ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR APPROXIMATELY 376 ELEVATORS LOCATED AT VARIOUS NAVAL AND MARINE FACILITIES IN SAN DIEGO, AND ORANGE COUNTY.
This acquisition will provide elevator maintenance and repair services for the following locations in Southern California: Naval Base San Diego (NAVSTA), SPAWAR Command Old Town, SPAWAR Systems Center (Old Town), SPAWAR Systems Center (Point Loma), Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI), Naval Amphibious Base (NAB), Harbor Drive Annex, Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE), Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP), Defense Distribution Depot Center (DDDC/DLA), Defense Mega Center (DMC) Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRC-SW), Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), South West Division (SWDIV) 1220 Pacific Highway and Broadway Complex, Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), South West Region Maintenance Center (SWRMC), Naval Station Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (NAVSTA BEQ), Navy Lodge, Naval Exchange at Naval Station, Puget Sound Naval Ship Yard San Diego Detachment (PSNSY), NATEC, Naval Housing Family Welcome Center (NHFWC), Public Works Transportation at Naval Station, Command Third Fleet (C3F), Military Sealift Command Pacific (MSC PAC), and Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department (AIMD), and San Clemente Island.
The contract will provide labor, supervision, management, and materials, to perform elevator maintenance and repair services under technical annex 15 Facilities Investment.
