ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE and REPAIR SERVICES, NAVAL AIR STATION KEY WEST, FL.
The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to inspect, test, certify, maintain, and repair vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at NAS Key West to ensure they are fully functioning and in normal working condition.
The resultant contract will be a combination Firm Fixed-Price / Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (FFP/IDIQ). The FFP portion will consist of regular scheduled services and service calls, and the IDIQ portion will be for work that is ordered on an as needed basis.
The period of performance will be a BASE PERIOD of one year with 4 OPTION PERIODS of one year each.
The solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED using commercial procedures.
Solicitation documents will become available on or about 25 JULY 2014.
