One (1) Otis Collective Passenger Elevator, Single, Wrap, Traction (SWT) Geared, Load Speed 2500 @ FPM, Control Unit Multi-Voltage (UMV), One (1) Door Set, Center Opening Hoist Way, Three (3) Stops, Three (3) Openings. Approximately 28 years old, upgraded in 1991 to meet S.C. Elevator Codes.
