ELEVATOR AND WHEELCHAIR LIFT MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
The U.S. Geological Survey, Patuxent Wildlife Research Center (PWRC), Laurel, MD, requires an elevator and wheelchair lift service contract to include monthly maintenance and repairs.
The contract will be a combination firm fixed-price and time-and-materials contract, for a base period plus four option years.
Request for Quote (RFQ) G17PS00335 will be issued on or about 03/21/2017 with written quotes due 4/12/2017. A site visit is scheduled for 04/04/2017 (see Section E.8 for details). The beginning of contract period of performance is 06/01/2017.
The acquisition will be total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $7 million. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
The purchase order will be awarded to the offeror submitting the lowest priced proposal that is technically acceptable in terms of approach/capability. Offerors are advised to review Section E.4. for Instructions to Offerors and E.7. Evaluation Factors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the government.
