ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Construction Management SERVICES

The Town is seeking to engage a Construction Management firm (as Advisor) to
provide services during the installation of new relocatable classroom structures at the Griswold
elementary school. The total project budget is approximately $1,061,500 including all hard, soft
and bonding fee costs. The contractor for construction is expected to be executed in September
2009 and be completed by February, 2010.
