This is a Solicitation Notice for construction requirements for Gate and Security at the SGT Catalin D. Dima Armed Forces Reserve Center, 910 Raz Ave, New Windsor, NY 12553. This will be a small business set-aside. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a Period of Performance of 180 days after the Notice to Proceed
The North American Industy Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposad acquisition is 236220. however, if you have another NAICS Code that qualifies you for the work in the attached SOW you can still bid. This requirement for the Army Contracting Command, ACC, NJ is in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. This procurement includes an Electronic Security System (ESS), installation of 3 motorized Class III cantilever vehicle gates and 2 pedestrian swing leaf gates. Contractor shall replace the main POV access point gate operator, automated barrier arms and kep pad access control system. The Contractor shall also install 2 Government provided guard sheds. The ESS shall consist of a biometric CAC access control card reader, CCTV and an IP based Integrated Intercom system. The work also includes excavation and reinstallation of high security steel palisade fence, posts, etc. For additional work see SOW attached.
