This acquisition is to purchase annual support and maintenance for 7,500 electronic Project Management (ePM) application licenses. The enterprise-wide ePM application supports the mission of GSA by serving as the agency-wide System of Record for the management, execution, and tracking of Capital and Small construction projects across the enterprise. The system consists of a suite of customized Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications:
● The core product is Trimble’s Proliance project management tool, including the starter pack utilities (Application Launcher, File Uploader, Schedule Importer, and Contact Importer).
● Reporting and analytics functionality is provided by IBM’s Cognos generating reports from a dedicated data warehouse.
● OpenText Brava viewer is used for document sharing and collaboration.
