The County is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors staffed with trained and certified monitoring and response personnel for 24 hour / 7 day “continuous” electronic monitoring services on an as needed based for Hanover County Outreach Detention/Electronic Monitoring Program, Hanover County Juvenile Court Services. The system will be used to monitor juvenile defendants (herein referred to “participants”).
