In accordance with the laws passed by the Maryland and Delaware State Legislatures and the regulations
issued by the Maryland Public Service Commissions permitting Customer Choice for Electricity supply
services to DELMARVA Power Corporation customers, the City of Salisbury desires to purchase
Electricity from a Licensed Electricity Supplier for delivery to the Electricity Distribution Company,DELMARVA Power Corporation, serving the City of Salisbury Electricity accounts. The Electricity shall be delivered continuously to the City of Salisburys Electricity accounts.
