UC is seeking a vendor to provide the services necessary to enhance and maintain functions and services as they relate to the Eligibility in the Local Context Program (ELC) and the Transcript Evaluation Service (TES). This request incorporates a variety of time- and data-sensitive tasks and subtasks that will be described in greater detail throughout the body of this RFP.
