REPLACE AND UPGRADE HVAC SYSTEM IN EISENHOWER HOME

On or about November 22, 2019, the National Park Service will be issuing a Request for Proposal to construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically (paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available) on the FedConnect website at: https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/default.htm .

The work of this contract includes all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, travel, and administrative tasks to complete the replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in the Eisenhower Home as well as miscellaneous related architectural work as required to complete the HVAC replacement.

NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M.

Size magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation.

A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsive contractor submitting the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal, inclusive of options.

The contract performance period is expected to be 60 - 120 calendar days from notice to proceed.

The time and date for a formal, pre-bid site visit will be included in the solicitation documents.
