The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate an eight-month extension (two 4 month option periods on contract number HHM402-15-D-0014-0002, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Operation Services (EIEOS), based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This task order is a current award under the Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) Contract. All E-SITE awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., for EIEOS Services. This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a task order competition to be completed under the E-SITE contract.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Description of Supplies or Services:
The requirement is to extend the existing Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Operation Services (EIEOS) task
order (from 12/19/2019 to 08/18/2020) will allow the Chief Information Office (CIO) to continue to provide the core
infrastructure engineering and back office IT services to operate, maintain, and advance DoD Intelligence
Information Systems (DoDIIS) Enterprise capabilities and functions (intelligence mission applications, business
applications, messaging, collaboration, communications, and infrastructure). Support encompasses domains such
as JWICS, SIPR, NIPR and StoneGhost. Support for other domains may be requested as resources allow to meet
agency needs. Services required to be performed are listed as follows:

11. Virtualization Engineering, Integration and Implementation Support
12. Core/Shared Infrastructure, Engineering and Integration Support
13. Multi-Level Next Generation Desktop (NGDE) Engineering Tier-3 Support
14. Database and Maintenance Support
15. DoDIIS Messaging Operations Supp ort
16. Global Operations and Support
17. Enterprise Infrastructure Operations Support
18. Enterprise Server and Workstation Patch Management Support
19. Multi-Level Next Generation Desktop (NGDE) O&M Tier-2 Support
20. Email Operations and Sustainment
21. Supplemental Enterprise Operation s Support
Place of contract Performance is various CONUS and OCONUS locations. All work is at TS/SCI Level. The approximate projected cost for this 8 month extension is $27M.
