EIA Reagent / Rental Agreement
This Agency Reagent / Rental contract is requested to provide the Georgia Public Health Laboratory with instrumentation and reagents to serve the county health departments for various EIA antiody detection IgG and IgM test kits for approximately 25,000 tests annually. Contract Period will be from execution date to June 30, 2011 with four (4) options to renew.
