A new contract for 5 years and 2 2-year renewals with RI-2 LLC covers only those elements that SAP will no longer code. The existing POS & EFT software is provided via a Sole Source contract with SAP. SAP also provides ongoing maintenance and support for the POS software. Future EFT software, support and enhancement must be obtained from a SAP approved business partner.
