The Consortium for Ocean Leadership (OL) is pleased to offer a Request for Proposals (RFP) to
support the development and operation of the Education and Public Engagement (EPE)
Implementing Organization (IO) within the Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI). The EPE IO will
be the fourth IO contributing to the design, installation and operation of the OOI.
