The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purposes of entering into a contract through competitive negotiations for the services of a firm specializing in the creation of economic development plans, marketing plans, and community branding plans for small communities, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with experience in the analysis and promotion of downtown districts of small towns in Virginia.
