EBAC Crates
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit competitors for the following: 45 Each Emergency Breathing Air Compressor Crates per drawing number 7246223. The National Stock Number is 8145-01-644-4148. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination. The items must meet the requirements of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) drawings. Drawings are available electronically and must be requested from the buyer through the FBO Portal. The drawing package is distribution limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors only as well as being subject to Export Control restrictions. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and must have the corresponding Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.209-7001 & 252.209-7002 listed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) Record. The deadline to request the drawings is 19 October 2017.
