THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
The Veterans Benefits Administration, Phoenix Regional Benefit Office, 3333 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85012 has a requirement for a contract providing an Employee Assistance Program.
The applicable NAICS code is 541612. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). Both company profiles must be registered under the applicable NAICS codes to be considered responsive.
It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at www.FBO.gov within the one (1) business day.
