EAP 2008 RFP Employee Assistance Program

California State University East Bay is seeking qualified vendors to provide a
professional and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to CSU East Bay
employees and their dependents including Problem Evaluation/Assessment, Referral
and Short term Counseling Services ; Wellness Programs and/or Supervisory/Management
Training Programs; and develop and provide promotional materials and presentations
to announce and foster the use of the EAP in accordance with bid specifications for
EAP 2008 Contract duration is three (3) years with an option for two (2) additional
years.
