This is a Sources Sought notice issued for the Dept. of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH)Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Worklife Program.
This notice is for the purposes of gathering market research only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. Responses are voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information or responses provided. The Government will not respond to the capability statements provided under this SSN.
When responding to this notice, please read the attached notice thoroughly and follow the instructions contained in this notice.
Responses are due no later than 2:00 pm ET on 18 September 2019. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM on 11 September 2019. Phone calls will not be accepted.
