EAFTSS Maintenance/VERTICAL TANK STORAGE
Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for EAFTSS Maintenance/VERTICAL TANK STORAGE. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific information.
Contractor shall provide all labor, material transportation, supplies, and all else necessary to provide annual preventative maintenance and emergency services due to component or equipment failure or damage not caused by the customer to the EAFTSS System IAW PWS at Eielson AFB.
This action is set aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
This requirement for quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, and amendments, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the RFQ.
All offerors MUST be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov.
