EAFB CASS Maintenance
Ellsworth AFB, SD is seeking interested parties, critiques and questions for the maintenance of a Consolidated Aircraft Support System (CASS)Statement of Work (SOW) as attached. This is not a solicitation, Quotes/Proposals will not be accepted at this time and an award will not result from this request for information.
General Description: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, parts, labor, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to maintain, in operational order, the Consolidated Aircraft Support System (CASS) conditioned air, 60 Hz and 400 Hz electric, and coolant oil system in Facility 7246, to include their associated pits and pit appurtenances (including the 400 Hz electrical building) in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. The Contractor will also be responsible for the pit drainage system. This will be from the pit up to and including the pump. Anything beyond the pump will be the responsibility of CE. This can and will include any and all major repairs that will occur. Replacement of system components shall be accomplished using matching items, i.e., same ratings and configuration. All electrical and piping work will be in accordance with current national codes.
